By accessing or using A4America ("the Service"), operated by The Law Offices of Sweta Patel ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

A4America is an online citizenship interview preparation platform. The Service provides educational content including civics questions, English language practice, and N-400 application review materials in English, Gujarati, and Hindi. The Service is not a substitute for legal advice or legal representation.

3. Not Legal Advice

The content provided through A4America is educational and informational only. It does not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or the establishment of an attorney-client relationship. 4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. A4America allows only one active session per account at a time.

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Content Ownership

All content on A4America — including text, audio, video, PDFs, study guides, and quizzes — is the property of The Law Offices of Sweta Patel and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, modify, share, or republish any content from the platform without prior written consent. Content accessed through your subscription is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access the Service from multiple devices simultaneously
• Record, download, or redistribute any audio or video content
• Remove or alter any watermarks or identifying information on downloaded materials
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service

8. USCIS Disclaimer

A4America is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any U.S. government agency. The civics questions used in this platform are drawn from the official USCIS question list, which is publicly available. A4America does not guarantee any particular outcome on any USCIS exam or interview.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Law Offices of Sweta Patel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
